An innovative Metaverse concept store has been developed for Dover Street Market, offering users an engaging experience through VR technology. This unique concept embraces an omni-channel business model, seamlessly integrating futuristic immersive technology while analysing customer behavior patterns.
This project represents the culmination of my dissertation, which delves into the significance of visual merchandising in the metaverse. It investigates themes like experiential retail, immersive environments, and adaptive business models that leverage cutting-edge technology in the digital era.
Taking inspiration from Japanese architecture, this store concept pays homage to DSM's Japanese origins. The tranquil atmosphere is reminiscent of a zen garden, creating a serene shopping experience. The installation of Torii gates, commonly seen at Japanese shrines, adds to the ambiance. From the calming water features to the presence of charcoal trees, this retail store seamlessly blends natural elements with a modern metaverse shopping experience.

EVENT APPLICATION
Prior to entry, visitors must download the application exclusive to the event. "Meta Lens" employs AR technology to introduce fresh functionalities like virtual product try-ons and digital asset viewings. The tasks section motivates customers to undertake challenges, leading to NFT rewards. By providing incentives, customers can fully immerse themselves in a seamless omni-channel experience.
